Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for psychotherapy services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider directly, as services depend on your employer’s plan and not which insurance company it is. If you do not see psychotherapy services covered on your plan, you can always request it from your employer/plan administrator.
Registered Psychotherapists are authorized medical practitioners in Ontario as recognized by Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and these services are deductible under your medical expenses for your annual tax return.

If you must cancel a session, please notify me by phone 24 business hours in advance; otherwise, you will be charged your regular fee for the missed session.
Do you provide telephone and online video counselling?
Yes we provide psychotherapy, counselling and supervision services through telephone or online video conferencing (also known as tele-mental health). Please be aware that tele-mental health is primarily for clients 17 years and older. Tele-mental health is not intended for emergency or crisis treatment, for those diagnosed with psychiatric disorders or individuals with difficulties with substance use or at risk of harming themselves or others.
Online video conferencing is provided by OnCall Health, a Canadian based company that is committed to privacy between therapy providers and their clients. This is a secure and encrypted platform that meets Canada's privacy requirements and laws. For further privacy details, click here.
