If you must cancel a session, please notify Christina or your selected counsellor by phone 24 business hours in advance at (905) 220-6177. If no notification is received, you will be charged your regular fee for the missed session.

Yes, we provide psychotherapy, counselling and supervision services through telephone or secure online video conferencing via the OnCall Health application (also known as tele-mental health). Please be aware that tele-mental health is primarily for clients 17 years and older. Tele-mental health is not intended for emergency or crisis treatment, those diagnosed with psychiatric disorders, individuals struggling with substance use, or those at risk of harming themselves or others.

Online video conferencing is provided by Jane App, a Canada-based company that is committed to privacy between therapy-providers and their clients.
