Through their treatment, therapists provide empathy, positive development opportunities, and non-judgmental safe spaces to help their clients gain insight, mature, heal, strengthen important relationships, and make necessary changes in their lives.

From identifying negative thought patterns to dealing with triggers, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based treatment that targets complicated thoughts and beliefs, then focuses on addressing your real-life challenges.
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment developed to help people change unhelpful patterns of behaviour and habits. This therapy focuses on sequential chain analysis to identify unproductive triggers, emotions, thoughts, and outcomes.
