Owner and Founder, Registered Psychotherapist

Christina Janiga (she/her) is the director and founder of Christina Janiga Psychotherapy. As a Registered Psychotherapist, she provides individual therapy, EMDR therapy, and clinical supervision for MACP (Candidates) and qualifying Registered Psychotherapists.

Shirley Watchorn (she/her) is our psychotherapist who specializes in providing multiculturally affirming care. She combines a variety of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with Indigenous applications (Medicine Wheel Teachings) to help all individuals to grow and find meaning in their everyday existence

Kylie Smith (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO and holds a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University. Kylie specializes in anxiety management, grief, bereavement, and pregnancy loss.

Amy Jacobs (she/her) is our Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Person-Centred Therapy. She has a Masters of Counselling Psychology and provides support for families suffering with perinatal difficulties.

Shauna Wallace (she/her) is a Master of Counselling Psychology candidate at Yorkville University. Shauna specializes in working with young adults (18+) searching for better coping skills while at school, as well as retirement age folks who are learning to adjust their lives during big transitions.  She is also a wonderful fit for clients that want to improve their mental well-being through self compassion and learning to set better boundaries.
