All our therapists are trauma-informed trained practitioners or certified trauma professionals.

Justine Fram (she/her) is our psychotherapist, certified clinical trauma profession and EMDR therapist who provides therapy for those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues (family, romantic or otherwise), low-self esteem, big life transitions, or if you’ve recently left an abusive relationship.
Natalie St-Denis (she/her) is our psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with chronic pain, health-related anxiety, trauma, and grief. She integrates a holistic approach to both physical and emotional pain through culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care. Her primary approaches integrate ACT, EFT, and EMDR Therapy.
Christine LeLacheur (she/her) is our psychotherapist (supervised intern) who provides support for individuals struggling with symptoms of ADHD (late adult diagnosis), stress, anxiety, and trauma. She also supports those with difficult changes including motherhood, career challenges, and personal development.
Debby Herman (she/her) is our psychotherapist (supervised intern) who provides therapy for discrimination and alienation trauma of the LGBTQIA+ community, grief and loss, and those looking for support to navigate difficult experiences, manage complex relationships, and process emotions.
Emily Wilson (she/her) is our psychotherapist (supervised intern) who has training in trauma, anxiety, mindfulness, and IFS. She also has training in sex and couples therapy (including being Gotman-informed). She provides support for ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and those wanting to improve their personal relationships (including the LGBTQ+ community).
