She uses therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Processing Therapy and EMDR with Indigenous applications (Medicine Wheel Teachings) to help all individuals find meaning.

Naomi Midanik (she/her) is our psychotherapist (supervised intern) who provides Person-Centred Therapy to work through the difficult areas in your life. She provides support for postpartum depression or anxiety, work and performance related stress, and those wanting to improve their professional or personal relationships.

Justine Fram (she/her) is our psychotherapist (supervised intern) and certified clinical trauma profession who provides therapy for those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues (family, romantic or otherwise), low-self esteem, big life transitions, or if you’ve recently left an abusive relationship.
