Transformational Intensive (Multi-Day Program)
2–3 Days | Comprehensive Trauma Work
A highly immersive experience designed for complex trauma, PTSD, or long-standing emotional patterns.
Includes:
- Comprehensive assessment and treatment planning
- 12–18 hours of EMDR therapy across multiple days
- Ongoing regulation and pacing support
- Integration planning and follow-up recommendations

Choose Your Level of Support
We offer different therapist levels to ensure both accessibility and depth of care:
EMDR Therapist (RP Qualifying)
A skilled therapist completing advanced training under supervision. A great option for those seeking effective care at a lower investment.
EMDR Therapist (RP)
An experienced, fully licensed therapist with advanced EMDR training, ongoing consultation, and experience working with a range of trauma presentations.
Director / Consultant Level
Led by the clinic director – Certified EMDR therapist and EMDRIA Approved Consultant, offering the highest level of expertise in complex trauma, EMDR intensives, and consultation-level care.
Services For Therapists: Supervision & EMDR Consultation
Clinical Supervision and EMDR Consultation for EMDR Certification and Consultation in Training are provided by Christina Janiga through individual, dyadic, and group support.
Group EMDR Therapy
Groups are offered for individuals wanting to explore if EMDR therapy would be an options for them, for groups including couples and families, and helping professionals.
Part one: Group EMDR Therapy
Facilitated by a Certified EMDR Therapist
$200 (per 2 hour group)
Group EMDR Therapy
Evidence based trauma processing in a safe, confidential group setting. No trauma content is shared in the group.
Part two: Group EMDR Therapy
Facilitated by a Certified EMDR Therapist
$200 (per 2 hour group)

Payment and Insurance Policy
Some insurance companies and employers offer reimbursement for psychotherapy services. To learn more about whether you qualify for reimbursement when using Christina Janiga Psychotherapy’s services, please contact your insurance company directly and ask if services held by a Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) are covered by your insurance plan. Your coverage may also be dependant on your employer’s insurance policy, and should be confirmed with the appropriate parties before booking an appointment. Christina Janiga Psychotherapy does not directly bill insurance companies.
We accept payment through credit card over our partnered online booking system, Jane, and issue a receipt for the client to provide to their insurance company for reimbursement.
