Are You Experiencing Burnout or Compassion Fatigue?

As a therapist, coach, or caregiver, you’re in the business of holding space for others—but who’s holding space for you?

You may be navigating:

  • Impostor syndrome, self-doubt, or comparison

  • Undercharging or overgiving in your work

  • Blurred boundaries and emotional exhaustion

  • Feeling stuck, unseen, or isolated

  • Burnout, overwhelm, or a disconnect from your purpose

You’re not alone. And you don’t have to process it alone.

A Safe Space for Therapists and Helping Professionals

This 3-part experiential therapy group is designed specifically for psychotherapists, coaches, Masters-level students in counselling psychology, and helping professionals who want to reconnect with themselves, renew their sense of purpose, and replenish emotionally in a safe, supportive community.

Through integrative modalities including art therapy, narrative therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, and DBT, this group offers a space to:

  • Resource deeply
  • Process safely and silently within a safe and collaborative community
  • Expand into who you’re becoming
