We believe in the power of therapy to help people overcome challenges and live fulfilling lives. We use a range of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-based therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, to help our clients find relief from their symptoms of anxiety and trauma and achieve their goals. All our therapists are trauma-informed trained practitioners or certified trauma professionals.

Chloe Hull

Registered Psychotherapist

Chloe Hull (she/her) is our psychotherapist who integrates informed aspects of Attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Ego state parts work into her sessions. She provides support for symptoms of anxiety, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and relationships. As a certified trauma professional she helps individuals who have experienced trauma (past or present).

Justine Fram

Registered Psychotherapist

Justine Fram (she/her) is our psychotherapist, certified clinical trauma profession and EMDR therapist who provides therapy for those struggling with recent and past trauma and provides treatment for the related symptoms of anxiety and depression. She supports adults with relationship issues (family, romantic or otherwise), low-self esteem, big life transitions, or if you’ve recently left an abusive relationship.

Debby Herman

Registered Psychotherapist

Debby Herman (she/her) is our psychotherapist who provides support for young adults navigating stress and anxiety with post-secondary and career challenges. She also supports those with grief and trauma associated with human trafficking, discrimination and difficult life challenges. She primarily utilizes EMDR therapy, ACT, DBT, CBT, and solution focused/forward facing approaches.

Natalie St-Denis

Registered Psychotherapist

Natalie St-Denis (she/her) is our psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with chronic pain, health-related anxiety, trauma, and grief. She integrates a holistic approach to both physical and emotional pain through culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care. Her primary approaches integrate ACT, EFT, and EMDR Therapy.

Jillian Yuzpe

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Jillian Yuzpe (she/her) is our psychotherapist who provides support for parents, mothers, and caregivers struggling with anxiety, parenting, postpartum depression and anxiety, grief/loss, and relationship difficulties. She also supports those with difficult changes including motherhood, chronic pain, health-related anxiety, and grief. She approaches both physical and emotional pain through integrating EMDR, ACT, and self compassion.

Krishauna Shlanger

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Krishauna Shlanger (she/her) provides support for individuals struggling with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, stress, and relationship challenges. She also supports those with difficult changes including motherhood, are in the perinatal phase of life, and suffering with addiction and substance use. Her approach is client-centered, warm, and non-judgmental and integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to meet your goals and needs.

Ashira Gobrin

Counselling Intern Certified Brainspotting Practitioner

Ashira Gobrin (she/her) is our counselling intern and Certified Brainspotting Practitioner who works with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, self-criticism, and the lingering effects of difficult life experiences. She also supports those with difficult changes including motherhood, first responders, and military personnel populations. Her approaches are informed by brainspotting, mindfulness, attachment-based work, and somatic techniques.

Nancy Sullivan

Counselling Intern
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Nancy Sullivan (she/her) is our counselling intern with a special interest in maternal mental health, supporting women through infertility, pregnancy loss, perinatal anxiety, and the transition to parenthood. Her approach is trauma-informed CBT and Narrative Therapy with the goal of helping individuals reconnect to themselves, build resilience, and move through difficult transitions with support.

Kathryn Knight

Kathryn Knight (she/her) works with adults struggling with symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, sleep disturbances, and the lingering effects of difficult life experiences. She also supports those with difficult changes including healthcare professionals, first responders, and military personnel populations. Her approaches are EMDR therapy, DBR therapy, and Emotion Efficacy (EET). She offers both in person and virtual services.

Christina Janiga (she/her) is the director and founder of Christina Janiga Psychotherapy. As a Registered Psychotherapist, she provides individual and group intensive EMDR therapy and DBR therapy. She also offers individual and group clinical supervision for MACP (Candidates) and qualifying Registered Psychotherapists.
